Went to drop off packages 2:45 Saturday afternoon only to find there is no agent till 3:30. Staff can only tell you to wait if they come back. guess this is what we do now for customer service.?‍♀️
2	247 REFINISHING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin in the pharmacy is superb guy , explained everything before administering my Covid 19 vaccine. He injected perfectly and quickly not even a pinch or a drop of blood. I can’t say the same for my previous dose.
D	Doctore LXV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Bought a 6 pack pepsi. Came home and opened one. Flat and tasted like plastic. Checked expiry date...expired 6 months ago. Brought it back to the store. They were able to refund since I had the receipt, but did not offer anything in return. Wanted to speak with the manager... manager is not there. Told them to have the manager call me when available... manager never had the decency to call me. 2) Another time I called to ask if they carried a certain product. Person who picked up the phone spoke with a terrible attitude as if I was wasting her time. What happened to speaking to your customers with kindness and respect? Suggest you don't let anyone with an attitude near a phone. I'll take my business to Rexall from now on.
T	Terry P. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only shopped here once for items and I did not use the Pharmacie . Aisles are spacious and well lit. Cashier could have been a little friendlier , but otherwise It's just OK! Has a post office there as well.

Unfortunately sometimes they have staffers who are not well trained and who are unaware of various policies. Due to this I had a couple of really bad experiences. The bright side of these experiences was that I now know some of the senior executives of SDM and Loblaws and also the owner as well. I still continue to shop here.
r	review you on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, lack of problem solving and store policy. Black lady with dreads in cosmetics will stare at you and will make you feel like a criminal. She’ll also complain about you with manager on the floor. Asian lady at postal office is rude. Walked away when i was speaking to her. Asian lady cashier will give you wrong info on return policy for makeup, you can return if opened. Brown guy manager has a low energy about him. Not welcoming or friendly. For years I’ve noticed this location always hires the same type of people… I’ll take my business to the rylander location. Never have I ever had any issues, and it’s in Scarborough, no offense, but it’s way better vibes.

She went above and beyond with her thoughtfulness, she is a great person, you're lucky to have her. Thank you again Margaret!
