★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very positive experience using SOS for foam jacking our front sidewalk and the concrete pad under our stairs. We were concerned about the lack of Google reviews (which is why we're leaving one!) but we took a leap of faith and we're glad we did.
SOS was very responsive to our request for a quote, and the quote was slightly lower than the other companies we contacted (bonus!). We appreciated getting a formal quote online for sign off which included terms and conditions - we've had bad experiences with some contractors so this type of attention to detail matters to us.
SOS fit us in quickly, and made special arrangements to accommodate our neighbour who works shifts. They definitely spent time trying to get the concrete raised "just right" for my husband who is a bit obsessed with his concrete - e.g. using a level to make sure the water would drain off the pad correctly. Both Jeffrey and his partner were polite and willing to spend time explaining the process.
We would definitely use them again!

He also raised my side walk with no cost. I am really pleased with the result. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! Jeff is highly recommended!

Jeff and Kelly were professional, they were knowledgeable, they were the epitome of perfect workmanship, product and knowledge about the product. From the moment I asked for an estimate to the response within 24 hours to coming to the site within that same 24 hours to meet me and see what my problem was. Jeff accommodated me with an earlier time when I requested one different from what he told me. If there is anything beyond real customer service, this company will deliver. The science of this product and Jeff's knowledge are the embodiment of good tradesmen. I to show my before and after pictures of what was the problem and how Jeff was able to solve this. Concrete problems are problems and trying to fix them yourself can only lead to more problems; don't repour concrete at the prices, but call Jeff to fix your problems and he will do everything that he can while keeping within his estimate and his desire to make a customer happy. I dare anyone that has used or will use his services to tell me that they are unhappy. I don't give referrals lightly because I have high expectations when it comes to product and customer service in this day and age. Carolann
