★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this optical. The optical itself is clean & classy with a large selection of high end frames at a fair prices. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly and accommodating. I drive from from Milton, ON to support this business because it’s worth the drive to Pickering! My experiences with I OPTIQUE are always positive and satisfying. My recent experience was just fantastic. I had to switch my lenses from progressives to single lenses and the staff went above and beyond accommodating me with my request at no extra charge. In the end, they couriered my new lenses to me so I wouldn’t have to make the hour long drive in the winter. This optical is simply amazing!

Was replacing my lenses for a new prescription and they gave me a 5 day sample of contact lenses in my new prescription strength for free. Very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at I Optique. The selection of glasses was great! I purchased two pairs of glasses that I loved but I could have easily bought more. Especially since they had a promotion of buy one get one half off.
The customer service was excellent. Jimmy wasn't too pushy and he made honest suggestions on what looked good and what didn't.
Overall, I'll definitely be coming back. I've never been so happy with my new glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to four optical shops we decided to stop in at I Optique for my daughters first pair of glasses. We were greeted by Jimmy who showed us a variety of frames for children (far more options than other stores we went to), he was not pushy and let us take our time picking our favorite frames. Neither my husband or I wear glasses so I had a lot of questions about the entire process and prescription which Jimmy patiently answered. He helped us narrow down our choices and ultimately selected frames that my daughter absolutely loves and feels comfortable in. The quality and variety of frames along with the excellent service exceeded our expectations.
