Eric explained and showed me why the lenses in my eyeglasses purchased from a big discount store were defective, and why I should never have trusted my eyes to a uncaring retailer. On another occasion Eric was able to repair my mother's broken eyeglass frame when other optical stores told us that the frames were beyond repair. They are the dynamic duo at Metroptical!

I have never experienced this level of customer service while looking for my optical needs. Eric went above and beyond my optical experience from start to finish, exercised extreme patience while helping me choose the correct frame for me, and educated me thoroughly on lens care. I recommend that everyone should go here as the prices, service, and experience were amazing. They even have an eye doctor available in the same facility that does an amazing job as well. Eric and James are not only a great father and son team, but they are honest and very straightforward individuals. Definitely a place to check out for your optical needs, and Eric also is a jeweler and does watch repair. So this is literally a one stop shop for many different services.
