N	Navneet Jawanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to pharmacy for years and they used to be excellent, but past 3 years I went I had few bad experiences, first you wait to drop of prescription and they tell you to come back to pick it up on a certain time depending on how busy they are and when you go back at that time they make you wait another 40 minutes that happened few times then another time I needed to talk to the pharmacist and lady at pharmacy said ok, and no explanation how long I should wait, when I reminded her after 15 minutes that I am still waiting her response was YOU HAVE TO WAIT I understand he might be busy but should not they tell how long it's going to take or if should come back at later time. So in short terrible pharmacy staff I didn't want to change my pharmacy but I might have to after all.
R	Ravi Kant Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store to be in. The best thing about them is the way they have changed it to Milk supply depot et el specially for seniors. Nicely stacked and served. Their beauty section is one of the best displayed area among other Shoppers Marts. Service is good, no complaint. Mr. Narang at pharmacy is so nice and friendly, always ready to help, guide and walk extra mile to help you. Only thing to be added is to stack Blood pressure Machines with Record Slips

BEWARE… before driving to this location call and make sure their hours are correct. Don’t rely on google or their automated phone line. Talk to someone. I have had packages sitting there for two days. When you walk all the way to the back to get to the post office a sign sits there saying closed until tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and gone. Still closed. No adjustment to their site or to their phone line or even a sign on the main door saying post office closed. This is just one incident though. Half the time you go to the till and there is nobody to be seen. You ring the bell and still sit there waiting. When someone finally comes it’s like you are inconveniencing them. It’s absolutely horrible. I wish many mail didn’t automatically go to this location. If you can avoid using this location I would but if not, call before going and TALK TO A HUMAN about their hours.
J	Jigish Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Poor Customer service- They are insensible to customer needs and really dont care about customer retention or satisfaction. To begin with the staff keeps on talking in their own language besides English which is very annoying but the real problem is third time in a row i was informed that you cannot buy Visa/master card gift cards by paying through a credit card! This policy is not written anywhere but when i called 1800 shoppers i was told the associate owners at every store decide what they want to do. Being a corporate franchise how can every store have separate criterias? Since i work in retail as well i do understand the various frauds that take place with gift cards but it seems like the store manager and staff simply work as robots. I was willing toshow them my ID but i was still denied the purchase. ME, MY FAMILYAND FRIENDS wont stop at this location for the number of purchases we make throughout the year. PERIOD.
G	Glensaf Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this pharmacy for about 6 years and never disappointed . They were all polite and friendly. They were quick to attend my needs. If I have to wait long for my medication I will be informed and most of the time my medications is on stock.
B	Bree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point in having a pharmacist on hand who can write prescriptions? I got a tooth removed a few days prior, and over the weekend, I developed an infection. I reached out to the pharmacy to be prescribed oral antibiotics. They didn't even take into consideration what I was going through or ask any questions about it. A simple "No, you can wait until your dentist opens tomorrow." Pretty terrible customer service if you ask me. Luckily, I was able to reach out to my dentist on an after-hours line and get him to call in a prescription. I won't be getting my monthly prescriptions filled here anymore after this experience.
