I ordered a Traxxas cv set from them off amazon. The package shows delivered but I never got. And they are giving me the run around. First I was asked to wait 5-7 days for an investigation. I waited patiently. I contacted them they did not contact me and the only response I got was they are still investigating. It’s been 10 days since the product showed delivered.
At this point I would rather spend more money to buy from another supplier than to ever buy anything from them ever again.
Taking people’s money isn’t right.

I had to contact the store regarding the tracking number and I was responded to quickly and given the info I needed. I had a great experience and will be back when I need more RV parts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company scammed me, they sell b-stock items advertised as new, most are returns or damaged items. Don’t bother calling the phone number listed as they never answer the phone. They list in there adds they won’t accept returns on opened items but they already come opened and taped back up. Good thing I used visa now they get to deal with a chargeback.
