★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable rent ($995 to $1050 per month) private entry or standard apartments (buzz apt to gain entry) Outdoor pool (June till labour day) Huge courtyard. ICR property management (took over late 2018) and has been making many many many repairs that went overlooked by prior property management. I have had issues in the past but when I have contacted ICR about said issues, they had been replied to promptly and the issues were fixed quickly. Quiet area, friendly people, large balconies for 2nd floor and 3rd floor apt. Master bedrooms have walk in closets & large bedroom but the 2nd bedrooms are smaller (a queen size bed is too big for the 2nd bedroom) Private entry apt have in suite laundry. 2nd floor and 3rd floor (coin laundry on 3rd floor)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is horrible here, the condo board is lazy and incompetent. Every building has had cockroaches and bed bugs, one building always has bugs then they get carried around to every other building. When brought to their attention they laughed and said "yup that happens" then never did anything. They force repairs then charge it to the tenant. No cleaning in the halls ever, used needles often in the halls, cigarette butts and burns everywhere, the pool is nasty and never maintained, it once had a dead rabbit floating in it for over a week, it was bloated and quite stinky by the time it was dealt with. The yard staff just smoke weed and blast music instead of cutting grass. It's worse than the hood. Parties every weekend, fights in the courtyard, cops every second day, absolutely one of the worst areas of Regina.
Don't rent or buy anything from this nasty place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at Sunrise Gardens both as a renter when i was younger and now as an owner for the past 11 years. Situated in Uplands, one of the quietest and safest areas in Regina this complex has always been maintained well. There is lots of greenspace not only at the complex itself but also nearby with things like Alport Park, sports fields(soccer/baseball/football), Mount Pleasant, , schools, bus route etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunrise Gardens complex is a quiet and beautiful place to live. I have been here for almost 21 years (some as a tenant and the last 12 years as an owner). The complex is close to amenities (shopping, bus stops, parks) and has a lovely outdoor pool at the complex. The Property Management Company, ICR, and Building Maintenance staff maintain the complex in great shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for 5 years as a renter. Had to by my own unit. Lived her an additional 5 years as an owner, I can not wait for the next 5. Pool is great, parking lot gets cleaned every time it snows, maintenance staff is right on the ball getting everything done fast. Great place to be and I never thought I'd want to live in the city.
