★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current Update: The People from Head Office in Ontario (Resident Relations), contacted me and have made things right financially. It does not make up for all the B.S. I went through, but at least I am not out any money.
Update: The nightmare continues. I discovered they had charged me double for monthly pet deposit.
Worst managed place I've ever lived. It's been through 3 property managers in the 13 months that I lived there. There are issues that have gone unfixed for the entire time. They promised new windows, no new windows. My November power bill was 500.00. Balconies are so rotted you are scared to step on them as you might fall through. My old Neighbor has had water damage twice. Pipes bursting and water damage from the roof as the shingles are shot on each building. They promise everything to get you to sign the lease and deliver nothing. My experience at a Timbercreek run property has been horrendous. Spend the extra money and rent a nice place!!
