B	Brayden Brittner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable customer service… 2 weeks after restrictions lift and they still don’t have amenities or indoor dining, clearly because they can’t be bothered to clean the restaurant. The employees had no idea what they were doing and I had to get them to put my order in the till three times because they were unable to understand basic requests. Not to mention 20+ minute wait times and the fact that the front toll was left unstaffed for a very large amount of time, and one cashier even left when customers came in, later found out this was because there was “too many” and it stressed her out, as though it isn’t her job? Probably the first time I’ve felt a reason to boycott a dairy queen

Although I'm not sure if he's the owner or he's manager or if he's the staff there, the one guy I see on a consistent basis is very uninterested in the fact that you're there. I have ordered from there multiple times and I don't think he has ever spoken one word to me. Not a hello, hi, thank you, anyting. Maybe, if you are the owner sir, perhaps you should greet your customers and act like you are interested in the fact that they are buying from your establishment. If you are a staff member there, you shouldn't be. Overall the food is really good and the quality is great but perhaps you need to work on your staff.
e	erik lafontaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service ever I ordered only two cheese Burgers and I'm currently sitting in the parking lot waiting 15 mins later no one else is in the restaurant but yet here I wait don't recommend this location at all go to the Popeyes down the street
M	Mel H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This owner seems to add a few extra dollars to your order and is not very pleasant. He tried to charge me $7 for a Dilly Bar. Probably why you cannot order ahead for pick-up. I would go to Macdonald's instead.
L	Lori Boyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does not have all of the Blizzard candies especially my favorite. Besides that the employee wuz pleasant, but this establishment is filthy inside. Dirty windows, floors, ? webs in the corners and the outside entrance is disgusting. Not going back there!!!

I questioned the guy and he said ya they are $7 each. I thought wow prices have really gone up. But then we happened to go to one on the city the other day and it was 5.69 for a small. That is really disappointing they are trying to take advantage of ppl like that.
