Purchased a Yamaha Kodiak 450 se from open road and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience, customers service was great Ryan and Brad answered all the questions leading up to the purchase.Would highly recommend buying your next ATV from open road!

Found a nice wake boat couple years back.. Salesman made lots of promises new tarp, new stereo and engine service. Came back two weeks later, speakers not hooked up, stereo was not new, tarp was not for that boat and maybe they had the iol changed because every other filter disgusting when I started digging around.

I was very pleased with open road recreation for their outstanding performance in the parts and service areas and actually even as I walked through the front door super impressed with all aspects of the company. I would recommend this company to anyone as I am very impressed with all aspects of each area and especially the parts and service department

I had a couple of service issues that required attention post purchase. Ryan did not hesitate and took the opportunity to do what he does best. He lept at the chance to look after me and the issues in an extremely professional and adept fashion. Ryan kept me in touch every step of the way and followed up to ensure my utmost satisfaction. Bought a used boat from them, has ran all last summer absolutely excellent. Brought in for a detail and cleaning and absolutely beautiful job. Would absolutely purchase another boat when from here when the time arises without question. And the personal customer service, I'd say they've earned a lifelong customer

This past fall we purchased a beautiful new Heartland RV from Open Road Recreation in Regina. The sales professional (Ryan Dalrymple) was amazing to deal with and made the entire process easy. Ryan was well informed on the trailer, was not high pressure and made sure all of my questions were answered completely. Hands down Open Road Recreation is the only place to buy a boat, buy accessories and have your boat serviced. The service team is hands down the best in the business, they are very professional and know what they are talking about. Rick in service is the best I have ever dealt with, he has gone up and over my expectations as a service tech. January 2021 was my first time buying a brand new boat. I said I would never buy a new boat but dealing with Ryan at Open Road made my decision very easy. I walked in to get accessories for my current boat, struck up a conversation with Ryan about a boat that caught my attention. After 30 minute conversation we set up an appointment to bring my family down on the weekend. When we arrived Ryan joined us in the boat and went over EVERYTHING! The amount of time he gave my family and I to explore the boat and ask questions was unbelievable , the knowledge he and Rick have and the way they explain it is super professional. The biggest item was the HONESTY and the non pressure sales approach from Ryan. We left the dealership and continued to hear from Ryan on a weekly basis but never once heard “ we have others wanting the boat” or you need to let me know soon “. It was take your time, we completely understand this is a big purchase and we want you to be comfortable with your decision”. With their patience, honesty and willingness to help us get into this boat we pulled the trigger.
