★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always takes longer than they say. One staff member is overly patronizing, and one is to curt. Not a good trucker lounge either. Small and right next to the bathroom that the staff uses, so it smells after it’s been occupied. Fridge for the vending machine is so loud you can’t hear the tv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in for a part-the guy seemed chuffy on the phone-we're all busy on the road chap. Anyhow, they had the part, decent price-and then he hung up with a clatter before I could get I to my other questions. I don't need to be giving my money to that sort of impatient service and for someone who seems like they don't want me there anyway. I did call back to let the receptionist know that I didn't appreciate that although I didn't get the feeling she cared as well. I'm glad business is booming for you folks so much so that you don't give a matter how you treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanics here clearly do not know how to do their job. I would not recommend anyone to go down to this dealership. Just had an awful experience as they could not diagnose the unit correctly and ended up charging us for parts we just got replaced 6 months ago. Not only did they not figure out what the issue was they charged us for sensors and work we did not even need done on the unit. We had explained to them prior it is looking like a one box issue and they disregarded it. We brought the unit down to another dealership in ONTARIO that actually found out the cause which was wait and behold the ONE BOX. These guys clearly are only here to make the money or have technicians on site that don't know what they are doing they think this is a game of "Guess Who"
Completely unprofessional if I am ever back in this area I will tow my unit back rather than deal with these people.
