★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After experiencing many years of hot summers without air conditioning and high heating costs during the winter at our home in Timber Ridge, I contacted Shift Air Mechanical to install a ductless Daikin Heat Pump with two zones to cover the main floor (1200 sq ft). The installation was professionally done by a friendly technicians In September, 2020. The heating and cooling system was exceptionally quiet, effective, and easily controlled with handheld remotes, one for each outlet.Some days September in Invermere can be hot and on those days the air conditioner worked well. Our first BC Hydro Heating bill for October and November was 50% lower than last year's bill for the same period.

Brent and his team (including the Electrician Mark Smith) performed an installation of a Daikin Electric Furnace and a Daikin Heat Pump at our home on October 07, 2021. We were very impressed with the efficient professional installation. The crew arrived on time as arranged and the entire job was completed in about 6 - 7 hours. The following day, Brent checked in on us, provided a "walk through" of the equipment and answered our questions. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the installation of these two units - these past few weeks we have been enjoying the benefits of the efficient new heating system in our home. We would certainly recommend Shift Air Mechanical for any job relating to HVAC.

Lines of communication were always clear and open. Service was always carried out as promised and with the highest level of proficiency. With the most recent job, the furnace install, Brent clearly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Top notch company. A+++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ShiftAir install a heat pump into a stand alone house that had an energy efficient furnace. While we had some problems with getting the heat pump working properly with the existing furnace - this was not ShiftAir's problem - Brent spent a significant amount of time researching the issue and eventually resolved the problem. The unit now works as described and meets our needs. I would use ShiftAir again for any HVAC products' and service - they were prompt and responsive with all concerns.

They did an outstanding job of installing and correcting what was wrong. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. Our heating system works better now than it ever has. Thanks ShiftAir!

They even cleared away the branches that required pruning for the unit’s placement. I highly recommend Shift Air!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new Central AC unit was installed in our vacation home by Shift Air 1.5 months ago and the technicians had done a great job in half of a day. After the AC installation, we left till the returning last night. During the midnight, we found the furnace fan was nonstop running for all fan modes but could not figure out the reason. In the early morning, we sent a request to Shift Air and got a quick response in minutes. Shift Air informed us an technician will be sent to check the fan issue at the same day. Just after the lunch time, the technician came to fix the problem in 5 minutes. Awesome! We are so happy to get the excellent service from Shift Air.
