I had forgotten some tools to finish taking some parts, and one of the employees not only got me the tools I needed, but also brought their side-by-side to help me carry the parts back to my car! Highly recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 out of 10-I highly recommend!!! I took my Pontiac Vibe to my mechanic for a blown break line and next thing I know I'm being told that the rear subframe has rotted to the point of no return-and is unsafe to drive.
Called Kraig over the weekend, had my car towed on the Monday from the auto mechanic at no cost and got a great price for my 2005 Vibe.
Very painless process (except in losing my favourite car) and got some good recommendations for next vehicle too.
