Doyle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Tried to discuss with their representative why I was charged $325 to re-install a faulty pressure tank under warranty that they had installed a mere 7 months ago. All he did was become increasingly angry and interrupting me to the point where I could not make a comment without him talking over me. At one point I had to ask him why he was getting angry. I expected a conversation. What I encountered was unprovoked, unnecessary and very insulting.

Employee ruined my brand new rug by dropping the old water pressure tank on it they were replacing! spraying rusty red water all over it and my basement, they agreed to clean it professionally but it could not be fixed after cleaning! They blocked me and refused to do anything further other then $150 off my bill. (Rug was $1500) Stay away from this company !!! Shame on me for paying my bill expecting they would make it right.  They also misdiagnosed some issues and had about three different people out here to take a look company has no idea what they’re doing. 

Service calls were above and beyond what you would expect. Grant and Brandon were knowledgeable, kind and professional. So refreshing to have a service call where guys truly cared about getting to the root of the problem, rather than ticking a box. Really appreciated them!

Up until now, my dealings with Doyle Plumbing have been exemplary. They installed my new Propane furnace several years ago and have serviced it annually. I have recommended them to several friends as a great company to deal with. Great office staff, great technicians, on time appointments. No complaints here. UP UNTIL NOW, When I called them August about having a propane fireplace in my kitchen to replace my existing electric fireplace Insert, a project I had discussed with the furnace installers previously, their "designer" came to my house. He was there less than 5 minutes looked at the kitchen and then went outside to look at the hookup area., telling me He'd have a quote for me in 2 or 3 days. He left without saying anything else. I didn't even know he'd left until I looked out and saw his truck was gone. I had given him my son's name and contact number for follow up as I was waiting for emergency hip surgery. He didn't call either of us and after several weeks of leaving messages for him I called the office. A very cheerful and polite young lady looked up my file and told me the designer had to speak with their HVAC man. She apologized for the length of time I had been waiting and said one of them would call me that afternoon. NO ONE CALLED. Four days later I called them again. This time a very cold voiced young lady said frostily that Doyle Plumbing could not help me. I was taken back and asked her why She replied again in a very cold voice "we cannot help you" and hung up. I still have no idea what's going on or why Doyle can't install my fireplace. A cold and early winter is predicted. I am really bummed that I will have to continue dealing with this company to maintain the warranty on my furnace, because ,frankly, I am appalled at how little I am valued as a loyal customer. Just writing this review makes me feel slapped in the face all over again, as well as angry. If there was a way to rate with NO stars instead of one, I would have done that.

I called Doyle Plumbing, heating and Cooling, and asked them to help with a leak at my rental property in Lindsay. I was impressed with the promptness and courtesy of the office staff, and the plumber, James, was very polite, friendly and thorough. I will use again!

Jesse and his apprentice were able to change up a well water pump in the middle of a blizzard on a Sunday of a long weekend. We really appreciated their hard work. They were efficient and the job was well done. Thanks

New to the area, we were recommended to Doyle by our real estate agent. Having never owned a home with a sump pump we wanted to ensure all was in good working order. Doyle's customer service and execution of work was very good. Thank you Team Doyle.

We called Doyle Home Services because my Elderly Father was without heat. Without hesitation they sent a technician out to look at the issue. The service technician Ed was very courteous and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain the issue with the furnace. He diagnosed the problem and had the furnace up and running again in no time. We are extremely happy with the service he provided and with the customer service as well. Our family would recommend Doyle Home services to anyone.
