You won't learn this anywhere else but Dohjo with Mike. Mike is a fantastic teacher and I fully believe he's going places with his skills. Muay Thai is hard. I'm not going to lie. But it doesn't need to be about fighting, it can be just as much about physical fitness than it has to be about fighting. You can be a Dohjo member and never get hit or hit anyone. You need to try a class. Just 1. that's all you'll need and you'll be hooked. I was.
