★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The few times I've needed to go here for strata mandated paint have been painful. The staff everytime have been confused and irritated at me for trying to communicate what I'm trying to purchase. I'd never go back if I had the choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in during a sale, but they were so busy and ran out of the paint that I wanted. Was told to come back the next day and they had everything ready! Was great, didn't have to wait. Really nice staff and super helpful and love the product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GOTO SHERWIN-WILLIAMS in langley they are a JOKE they rip people off for $450.00 don't give you the product and say your transaction didn't go through when it did and the bank confirms it and the purchase is confirmed on my statement with the store name!!! An they conveniently don't have a receipt! Help me blast this horrible store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible x100. Won’t be doing any more business here. Brought in a paint sample with their “old codes” on it which apparently they have no way of bridging them over to their new system........ I wanted white. No joke I got gold/cream. Won’t refund won’t in store credit towards something I can actually use. There goes 50 bucks. I actually asked for 2 gallons but I only got one. Thank goodness she forgot to make half my order or I would have been out 100 bucks.
How can I give this place zero stars? Boo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuine guys, they spent much time to diagonose my RAV4 weird exhaust sound, showed me the issue, spent time even to talk to the dealer for possible warranty coverage, at last no charge since they did not have replacement. They could easily charge me for diaginosing, but dit not. I highly recomend this place and service for brake and mufler related things. Thanks Dom for your genuine service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waiting 15 minutes at a cashier at my hourly rate makes that single paintbrush the most expensive paintbrush in my lifetime. These guys show no sense of urgency and do not even acknowledge your existence. General Paint used to have great service, not so here at Sherwin Williams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel very comfortable buying paint at the Sherwin-Williams paint store. The selection is great, and if you are not sure as to what is the best choice, just ask one of the stores' representatives for they advice. They are very professional and helpful with their advice and suggestions.
You leave the store, feeling you have accomplished a lot. Shop at Sherwin-Williams for paint. You can't go wrong!

He went out of his way to show us samples of the different sheen levels and provided suggestions and helpful hints on how to paint and additional products that would help us get the extra designs done right.
