K	Konrad Margiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used the wrong base to mix the paint. I went back, they tried to add some colours to match it. At that point it didn't match the last colour nor the original colour I wanted. Ended up going to another Sherwin location to find a resolution. They told me the previous place used the wrong base and mixed me up a batch that perfectly matched my original colour. Had to pay for that paint as well as for the paint that this location screwed up. Not fair in my opinion since the mistake was on their end. I'd probably recommend another supplier. Deluxe had offered me quart sized samples on past projects. That seems like over the roof service compared to my experience here.

I needed just a small amount to finish up a room and had to buy a whole gallon which will now mostly go to waste. In addition I was given a severely dented can. I will stick with Benjamin Moore from now on.

It didn't match at all with the previous application, looked more like high gloss. Also, I was shocked at the $100 per gallon. Anyways I ended up redoing the paint job all over again using CIL paint from Wal-Mart at $20 per gallon

You can go to the big box stores but you really don't save any money going there because Sherwin Williams paint is superior to what the box stores sell. I have used both and I won't go back to the box store brands.

I had an issue with one of my paint colours and immediately experienced in-person follow-up by Pat & Judd, who not only came to my home to inspect the issue, but immediately offered options to address the problem. Amazing customer service. I have previously used only Benjamin Moore paints but will now be switching to Sherwin-Williams for my future paint projects.

Have been coming here for my paint needs for the past five years and will continue :) Curb side pick up was really easy and the sales associate was able to help answer all my questions and provide great recommendations even over the phone :)

Very knowledgeable and respectful when explaining use of some things as I was buying painting supplies for the first time. I dealt with 2 different sales assistants both were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to go home with a color catalog to peruse the colors at my leisure. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for paints or painting supplies. Thank you to the 2 sales reps ( sorry I did not note your names) who served me on 23 Oct 2021.
