I have already had a very good experience on two visits with Lily Tang, She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. One time I had a question regarding my exercise after session she called me back rightway even passed clinic hours, very impressed. Many thanks to Lily, highly recommended her and this clinic.

Always looking out for me and making sure that I am always comfortable. The receptionists are wonderfully kind, and welcoming as well. Extremely easy to talk to and super friendly, displaying true care. Out of all the places that I went for physio, this place is truly the best. One of the concerns that the Syracuse surgery clinic had was my access to physiotherapy from a distance.....almost like they alone had that skill set. ? They provided me with a comprehensive regimen and Kristine K. has been an absolute Tower of Power in using that as a guideline and driving and monitoring my progress. Jon subbed for one session while Kristine was on the bench....he was great also. Four weeks along I am thrilled with the results to date. Walking with virtually no assistive device....driving....zero arthritic pain. Two thumbs up!

She has been able to recommend stretches that relieve my changing back pains. When something isn’t working anymore, she has another solution. I have greatly benefited from her expertise. She has some hearing magic on her hands. I had an serious accident two months ago, due to this reason I had very serious problem on my left shoulder, neck and my back. I was not able to move my left hand and not able to claim steps, and not able to walk contagiously 3 minutes. At the beginning I went to other physio clinic no improvement I was so sad and lost my faith After that I came to PhysioVive clinic and met Kristine, on my first visit she identified my problem and start treatment on the same day. Within one week time I am able to walk, and move my hands. Kristine is my God she safe my life. I am strongly recommending this PhysioVive clinic for any one need to do Physio. The front desk staffs are very nice, kind and always with smiling face and helping minded. The clinic environment is super clean, and I feel very safe when I compare with other clinic.
