★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has some of the worst customer service. Emailed 3x and it's now 3 weeks and still haven't heard back. They aren't proactive to individual owners.
If you want anything done, go with a different property management. Avoid.

They broke the lock of my locker without my permission and removed my stuffs to another locker!!! How can I feel safe!! What is your next move?! My unit door?! I don’t feel safe in this building anymore! I’m very disappointed with this behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had one of the worst customer service dealings with this company as a tenant. I have dealt with many management companies. Certainly, this company ranks at the bottom of professionalism.
My complaints were never taken seriously and they always found a way to rebuke the complaints with worthless reasons.

I have five units in 5 different buildings. These guys are the worse.
Make sure you don't buy any property in 65 Oneida in Richmond Hill.
The condo rate increase is not based on inflation rate. They increased the condo fee by 25 percent in two years. Now I can not sell my property because of unreasonable condo fee. Besides the concierge at this location takes bribes from other owners and they provide false claims.
Patrician is not a person who trying to resolves the issues.
