M	Marie Cassidy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend 800 King enough!! We had just moved to Toronto and it was difficult to find a property that was right for us. Came across an open viewing for a property and this is where we met Stephanie, the initial property was not right for us but Stephanie said she had the perfect one in mind. She arranged to meet us after work hours so as we could view the property and after getting all our papers together we were able to move in the next day. She made the process so seamless, I had her tortured with questions as it was all a new experience for us, but nothing was to much trouble for her. Would definitely use their services again!

They also guided me through process and explained all the details that we have to go through. Their work ethic is superb and they answer all the questions I have. I can only say good things about Mylinh's team. Will definitely go back with them again for my next house hunting!
B	Bryn Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responding because reviews do not allow threads but I need to respond to their misleading statements so people are aware of the risk you take when renting with 800 King Real Estate Services 800 King Real Estate Services answer: We empathize with the suddenness of the Landlord’s decision and your concern of having slightly less than a month figure out next steps. We property manage for the Landlord. We are not the owner of the condo unit. There are ways to verify this. Reviewer response: I've requested contact information from 800 King Real Estate Services which they have not provided nor have that explain how this can be verified. 800 King Real Estate Services answer: The focus here is that upon my first phone call to your co-applicant about the bad news, I had already mentioned that there would be a full refund of your deposit and any fee provided. More importantly, no consideration (deposit) was provided with lease agreement after it was signed. Not a single penny was collected. Reasonably speaking, we have nothing to refund. In this case, we are relaying that Landlord is cancelling the agreement without any exchange of money. Reviewer response: I have written communication from 800 King Real Estate Services stating I did not need to make a deposit until collecting the key. It is true, money was not withheld from 800 King Real Estate, but they are being intentionally misleading which should raise more flags.

We have met several real estate services before but 800 King Team is the first one that start our home search by sitting down with us and run through the mortgage pre-approval process to make sure we are able to get the mortgage and we can afford the buy the house. After the consultant with Mylinh, we had the direction of where and what to look for. Then, Kim, our real estate agent, did the showing with us. She showed us a few times (based on whatever we chose), and every time she asked what we like and what we dont like about the places. Then, eventually, she understood what we were looking for, and started to recommend houses for us. We bought our first house from 1 of her recommendation. After that, Mylinh took care of the mortgage. She went above and beyond to prepare us all the documents, kept reminding about what steps along the way, and comforted us sometimes when we had doubts or anxiety about things didn't go as we expected (which is our fault because we expected something that not even reasonable). It was truly a pleasure and a blessing to have worked with them! 800 King also offer many other services (real estate, mortgage, construction, property management...)m which is so convenient and can make for smoother transaction under one shop. We highly recommend this real estate agency! One more thing, they show us a plan to have our 2nd house in the near future!

Thanks to the strategic planning of 800 King Real Estate group, we had high demand and sold within 4 days of listing. More importantly, we got more than we expected for our home! The team was professional, but also friendly and down to earth. They were super efficient and always easy to get a hold of. Mylinh and Ben were amazing realtors, and we appreciated everything that Stephanie did from coordinating photography and multiple showings (we had about 20!). Their professionalism, work ethic and customer service made the whole process easy when it can usually be intimidating and intense. What I appreciate the most is that they really care about getting us exactly what we want and we never felt pressured to do anything that we weren't comfortable with. Mylinh and Ben are extremely knowledgeable and have killer instincts for the housing market. And best of all, they care about their clients and really want to make them happy. I will never work with any other realtor again! These guys are the top of the line and with support from Wayne and Stephanie, we really have everything we need from a realtor.
