When we moved to Toronto on International Assignment, we talked to Eric to buy our First home in Toronto and he was not only outstanding but he explained us the full process in detail. It was a good purchase and when I finished my International Assignment, we asked again Eric to sell our property. I handed over keys of my house and Eric took care of everything (staging, arranging payment through bank, hired a lawyer to close the deal).
