β β β β β If anyone wants to buy/sell house, I highly recommend Trevor to be your real estate agent. Trevor helped my parents to buy their house last summer, and through the entire house buying process, Trevor was tremendously helpful. He's super patient in explaining many details, since my parents' English is not that good, and he walked through every single step with my parents. No matter what kind concerns or questions my parents have, Trevor always tries his best to provide all useful information. He spent lots of time revising our offer to make it more appealing and competitive. Many agents contacted us during that time, but my parents chose Trevor because he's professional, easy going, hard working, and outstanding. β β β β β I was selling and buying a condo in a competitive Toronto condo market, May of 2017. I had previously listed with another agent and the conditions fell through with my buyer. Trevor then sold my condo for 8.5% higher with a 250% larger deposit. His strategy worked perfectly and throughout the process he was unbelievable, answered all my questions at all hours of the day. When I purchased my condo he was able to secure under list price and was incredibly accommodating throughout the viewing process.
The numbers speak for themselves but Trevor delivered a standard of service I couldn't have expected. He was a pleasure to work with, used top of line technology, very knowledgeable about my area(and others I was looking in), and you could really tell he cared about my overall happiness! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

Can summarize our dealing with Trevor in 3 words - professional, smooth and stress free. He is also very approachable, communicates well and answers all your questions to your satisfaction. He handled everything including recommendations for improvements before listing, cleaning, staging, amazing photos plus a video walk through with drone footage! Sold in 1 day on the market WAY above the record price per square foot in the building! Super happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend him.
