I HAVE NEVER EVER RECEIVED THE SERVICE I HAVE FROM HER. SHE IS ALWAYS SMILING AND ALWAYS HAPPY AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE IF NEEDED. IF I COULD GIVE HER A 100 STARS I WOULD!!!1 SO THANKS YOU JOSEE.I APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest thing to a convenience store within the mall. Energy drinks and soda pops are a bit overpriced but the store is never busy so if you are in a rush I would recommend grabbing those things here. They seem to always have good sales on ash trays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay if you need a pack of cigarettes. They have a small selection of pipes and other paraphernalia but this is really an empty husk of what Shefield and Sons was like years ago. Surely a victim of the creeping tobacco prohibition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an electronic cigarette. Left the store and tried it. It didn't light up and even work. Tried to do an exchange and they say once you leave the store, that's it. So try the device out in store. I didn't know this as I am new to vaping. I felt like they really ripped me off and they lost a costumer because they wouldn't do a swap. I am disappointed. The lady was rude too when I asked if I could do an exchange. Worst customer service. This was 28feb2018 around 4pm. Thanks lady, I hope you learn to be a better customer service rep and be nicer talking to your customer. That's how you lose customers by your attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know it’s going to be a good experience when you have to ask the only guy standing In there if he works here… service was better then the quality of lighter I was sent home with. Only to be returned to be sent home with one ever worse. Don’t waste your time. Keep walking
