★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy headphones because I needed them desperately for my Android phone to play music on, bought them for $5, then went to try to catch my train to go to Union Station. I made it onto the platform to try out the headphones to see if they did work, they did not work, so I went back to exchange them for a pair that did work. The clerk was very rude to me saying that the headphones worked after plugging them into his computer, but I said that they didn't work for my phone, so I let him listen to it on my phone because the music was very distorted and you could not hear any of the lyrics or the actual music at all, and he said "The music is working! I am not exchanging these headphones." So I tried to quickly walk back to the train hoping I didn't miss it and I did miss it, because he took other customers ahead of me because they were more important than a person who was trying to get a simple exchange for an item that worked.
Will absolutely not come back here again for anything because of this situation, due to the frustration of not only the argument, but also missing my train and being late for my class. Clerk was very rude, and I would advise nobody to come here again for anything technology based.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 10oz coffee for $2.10 as I usually do before work. The owner asked me how many creams and sugars I like, and since I usually have triple triples and 4 of these cream portions wasn't really enough for my taste, I asked for 5. He said "NO!" and explained me that I'll have to buy an extra cup for $2.10 if I want an extra cream! I couldn't believe what he said and asked why this would be - then he explained me that I'm a "greedy" customer for wanting 5 creams! I couldn't believe what just happened - but he continued telling me that he "doesn't need customers like me!" Mind you, I'm going there for 10 years, grabbing drinks, coffee, snacks etc! Unbelievable! I'll never return! I have other coffee shops on the way or will bring my own!
