★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor phone etiquette. I dont care what other reviews say. With that type of etiquette im not bringing my vehicle here.
The person there will talk over you and put blame on you as he cant handle stress well. Customer service probably worst ive ever seen in 15 years. Ive been to mechanics in USA(New york and Chicago), Ontario, and multiple in Manitoba. This guy needs a reality check. Stay far far away from this place.

Shaw’s automotive is where I always go to get my car fixed up. Wait time is short. Prices are better than anywhere else. He properly diagnoses problems and helps you find the cheapest way to fix them. He’s the man for the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to see how much they would charge to get my front headlight replaced. Rick was very rude (swearing over the phone) and asked me why I couldn't fix it myself. Isn't that the point of going to a mechanic? Very unprofessional and horrible customer service ?

My brand new ball joints he installed didnt even last a year, in which i put on 23,000 km. I had the premium ones installed. I would hate to see the economy ones. What a joke.
I won't have this problem again as I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick stands by everything he does, and he does a great job at it. You'll notice sometimes that they can get really busy during the day - there's a reason that people keep coming back. I've never been made to wait, even during pressing times when they're busy, yet I need a vehicle on the road for work. It's outstanding.
