★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my chevy sonic back with check engine light on and said I had to pay to check it out. Repair after repair, shop after shop. Nothing but a waste of time. Had to go with mpi to cover the cost. Worst place I ve ever been too.

Very worker I met was very polite and kind to me including the u-rental person even though English is my second language. I would like to give special thanks to the young handsome manager who took care of my car with special consideration. I highly recommend Don Vito Collision and Glass.

My vehicles have always been repaired in a timely matter and always have a rental waiting for me less hassle on my end. I will continue to come to them with any vehicle repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this company previously to repair my car and I had no issues. It was a good experience, so I tried to go back when my car needed repairs again. I tried contacting them several times using 4 different methods of contact to book an appointment for an estimate and ask a few questions. I had one person respond to me with the texting option and after one message they never responded. Since my first contact attempt (first week of March) I still haven't heard anything back from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with this team! Did an awesome job on replacing vandalism damage broken window. Got authentic BMW window speedy quick. Also did a fantastic wash and buff on the vehicle before returning it to me. Have dealt with other collision centres in the past, but the experience here was much better than elsewhere. Highly recommend. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to edit this post after but their work was decent but lies were told. If Donvito owns the udrive next door I'm very suspicious of the motivation for keeping my car for two weeks. I'd really like to give them a better rating but sometimes it just seems a little greasy. Now I've had the car for a day wondering how my sun visor got broken when your supposed to be working on my bumper. The only reason to play with the sun visor would be to put down the convertible top. I lowered it the day before I brought the car in . Going to check to see if it's working when the rain stops. Will update upon trying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got into a collision and Donvito on Sargent is one of the only places certified for BMW. They are amazing! Everything looks just as it did prior to the accident. From the time I took it in to be assessed to getting the needed parts (mid parts shortage) it took about 2 weeks. Then it was in the shop for a week and I got it back good as new. Thank you to the Donvito team!
