They're very knowledgeable and send all the parts needed for installation (Waste&overflow, rough-in valves etc.) Highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously slow service. Waited at the pickup counter for over an hour for a box with 6 different stock items.
Back again for my work, the woman at the pick up counter kept telling me which order I was to take, not letting me just have the one I wanted. It took the order pickers three attempts to bring me the correct copper pipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pump at the cottage would not prime properly. I brought it to Robinson and Ron at the pump desk had it repaired and ready to go in a day. I could have been convinced to buy a new pump, but he assured me the $80.00 repair would be fine and my pump had lots of useful life. Great guy and a great company.

Go to the heating section and the help was great...head to the plumbing section ask a couple plumbing questions and get attitude and barked at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girlfriend and I were shopping for a new bathtub. Wandered around the showroom with no help from any of sales staff until we asked for help. Sat at a sales counter with Betty for 20+ minutes and filled out a contact form for her to follow up with us. Been well over a month with no email or phone call. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. Shouldn't be that hard to sell a bathtub. Do better.
