The individual I dealt with was very rude to me and the staff around him. Overall I would definitely come back

Typically has everything I need in stock, mark at the front desk is a great help with everything from what connectors you need to helping determining what you might also need with a material order. If anything the reason I shop at BA is cause of Mark knowledge and experience in knowing what I need for any particular job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing trip into K edward. I wanted to get some information and buy a irrigation pump today. The fellow there figured he knew everything about how to use a irrigation pump but he sure lacked knowledge. No clue on what a pump start relay was. I was told I had to have a pressure tank on a irrigation system to turn pump on and off. I wanted a start relay switch. I was told well don't really know anything about irrigation setup. You would think for someone who sells a $800 pumps they would know something about setting up a irrigation pump. Without good product knowledge might as well just order off the web.
