★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t believe I lucked out finding such a great, honest, and all-around good people mechanic shop when I moved to the city. I will recommend anyone I know to see Jason and the team at PW.
What sealed the deal was when they charged me less than the estimate “because it only took 1.5 hours when the estimate was 2 hours.” Any other shop would have gone with the estimate because I would never have known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concur with other ratings regarding service and quality. It would be 5 star if not for the extended wait times due to popularity as a quality garage. Needed repairs to customer vehicles should always be triaged and programmed ahead of routine maintenance to other customer vehicles, IMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be more impressed or grateful for the service I received at PW Auto, they took care of my emergency situation with my throttle control efficiently and even charged me less than what was quoted for the repair. Dealing with any issue involving my Jeep is stressful, but the team took care of it right away and solved the problem. If you want honest and hard-working mechanics this is the shop you need to go too!
