So incredibly glad I took this 4 week course with Shauna. I was nervous about what pregnancy could do to my body and how I could prevent or repair it and she taught us just that. I have so much more information and some good handouts for reference. I There are so many misconceptions out there about exercise during pregnancy... one of the biggest take aways I had was as much as possible (obviously not if you are on bed rest or a doctor has told you otherwise) you've got to stay active! Keeping core strong is important as well. I feel like I have the tools to be a healthy pregnant mumma in a safe way.

Highly recommend taking this preparation course with Shauna. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, approachable and speaks from experience. I took her class in preparation for the birth of my baby boy and I am so happy that I did. The strengthening exercises, body awareness, education and mental preparation that she provided me was unmatched! I was able to deliver my son in 8 hours, with a short and intense 45 minutes of pushing. Knowing that my body was prepared and that I had been “training” for this delivery gave me the courage and confidence in myself to push and bring baby boy into this world! My postpartum recovery has been great and I will 100% take Shaunas class again for baby number 2! Thank you Shauna for providing the framework for this journey into motherhood and giving me the strength and confident that my body can and did ;), do this!!! Highly recommend!! Shauna (THE Healthy Mumma) is nothing short of amazing, I would (and have) recommended her to friends. She is super knowledgeable, caring and supportive throughout this new process for a lot of mums. I took her pelvic floor class this past spring after being recommended by my friend. It provided so much helpful info to prep me for twin birth. She was always great to check in with us and give us extra information and support during and after the class. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond.. look no more! ❤️

I took Shauna's prenatal class to help navigate through pregnancy and continue exercising safely. Her class was very informative and helped me feel less overwhelmed with all the information on the internet that we come across. The intimate size class allowed for any questions or concerns we had be discussed! Not only did I feel better about exercising during pregnancy but I feel more informed about starting again PP (Post partum). Shauna reached out to see how I was doing PP, especially during the pandemic and generously offered to help in any way she could via video chat or email. I highly recommend taking her class and will definitely reach out for additional help navigating through PP.

I took Shauna's pre/post natal class during my first trimester of pregnancy and am so glad that I did! She gave me SO MUCH helpful information about what to expect from my body as well as very practical exercises that I can do to help prepare my body for all the changes to come. Shauna made this course informative, interactive and is definitely an expert in the field! I feel more empowered and confident going into my second trimester, thanks to her. Would highly recommend this course to any soon-to-be mumma who are any stage of pregnancy or planning to get pregnant.

Shauna's class was great - I'm so happy I signed up! Initially I thought I was too early in my pregnancy for this sort of class (I was only 12 weeks when it started), but it's definitely appropriate for any stage of pregnancy or even pre-pregnancy! I feel well equipped with tools to stay healthy during my pregnancy and a speedy but safe postpartum recovery.

This course was amazing in helping me gain awareness of my body during pregnancy and effectively preparing me for labour and postpartum.The healthy mumma programs provides you with the information you need to inform your activity level in pregnancy, how to best prepare your body and mind for baby, and birthing strategies. I felt more empowered by taking the course. Shauna was super accessible and made time to answer all of our questions and equip is with the support we needed. I would definitely recommend this class for all expecting mamas. Shauna is also a great support post partum as well! You don't have to be in pain! And you can take an informed approach to pregnancy and labour - this course helps you access the info and support you need!
