M	Monique Damus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, Dr. Miller is great. But trying to get through to this office is the worst!! Why don't they hire one more receptionist whose job is only to answer the phone and deal with the fax machine. Having such terrible service at the front end of the business makes them impossible to deal with. My father is a senior citizen who finds it hard to leave his home. Asking for the doctor to fax a prescription is often our only recourse and it usually takes DAYS to get through to them. The pharmacy and nurses at my father's home don't have time to deal with them so it usually means I have to spend my work time phoning them repeatedly.
Y	Ylleza Shaipi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to be clear, the rating is not for the doctors whatsoever, they’re great, it’s the ridiculous waiting time. My advice is to avoid walk in service, (especially during the weekend) if you can because you will be waiting for up to 3h. Don’t disclose to the receptionist the reason you are seeing the doctor because if they deem it not important, you will be put on the waiting list as far as possible. Furthermore, there will be patients sneaked in ahead of you even though they came long after you. It seems people don’t know the difference when to see the doctor or go to hospital for emergency. One way to skip ahead the line is to argue with receptionist or call someone on the phone and have them argue instead. Understandably there will be appointments which take priority and will be timely so your best bet it to book an appointment however you can.
E	E.C. Frost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ His appointments are timely, however I tend to see him as a walk-in which can take 90 minutes - 2 hours. That's kinda annoying but I see it as the price of a walk in. He's the best doctor I have ever had. He's supportive, he listens, and just seems like a caring man who wants the best for his patients. When I've had trouble with a specialist, he didn't hesitate to refer me to another, and he went out of his way to go over my rights.

I’ve been to this clinic on 3 occasions, told prior to coming that they would be open to walk-ins, and all 3 times, they’ve been magically closed. Avoid this clinic at all costs, it’s apparent the receptionists don’t know their own hours. If I could give this place a negative star, I would.
J	J M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could leve a negative rating. The most worst run clinic. Nobody ever answers the phone and you have to change them down for results and when you go there they are so unorganized and don't even acknowledge you. Dr Miller is a great Dr but he needs his own clinic.

S	Sophia Drhima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's the worst clinic .poor customer service..no management? the African lady is not professional..? she told u to go for 4 hours and come back and when u get back u wait for another 4 hours ..and u get another doctor that doesn't have no clue about your health history after waiting for 8 hours ..? he even can't help because he didn't even check your health history or even making enough effort to do so..? poor customer service and health care worst than 3th word country ..? paying taxes to have the worst health system and get treated like gatabage...?? the African lady wasn't nice and professional also no qualifications and poor customer service..??
