★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The handyman Daniel was very professional and did a wonderful job. He was very polite and responsive, and finished the job in a short amount of time, so that it ended up costing much less than the initial estimate. I was very pleased with the service I got from ServiceTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't sure what to expect. But, I was very pleased to know that they had someone available for same day service. Price as better than some of Maria was very helpful and polite. My installer Roshan and his assistant were very pleasent during their visit. Even took off their shoes. Would definitely recommend these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to have ServiceTO complete some work in our home. They quickly charged the $50 deposit and then never followed up to actually book the service. I reached out twice and asked for a refund, to which they eventually replied that they would have the refund processed (on December 15, 2020). I've reached out twice since that date to verify the legitimacy of this company and they've yet to respond or refund the deposit. I strongly advise people to exercise caution with this company as I continue to wait now almost three months later for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a technician come to mount my TV. He was professional and wore a mask, the installation was quick. However when plugged in my TV after he left, it was cracked. I called him back in and he confirmed it was cracked. I have been calling/emailing this organization for 10 days looking for a timeframe for them to replace my television and, while the people that answer the phone take a message, the manager is never in and they can't give me an timeframe on the replacement. I really wanted to write a review about how this was an unfortunate accident and they were professional and prompt in their follow up but this is not the case.
UPDATE: The company did contact me eventually and informed me the delay was due to an illness. The issue was resolved diplomatically and with professionalism (I paid 1/3 and the company paid 2/3 since no one could definitively prove who damaged the TV) and I was happy with the resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything from navigating the website to a customer service personal calling me promptly all the way to the technician that came to my home - Hamid was a great experience. Hamid was very professional, considerate and efficient. He also took all the COVID-related persuasions required. My TV looks great! I'd go with these guys again, to receive a professional AND reliable experience.
I can't tell you the trouble I have gone through to find someone to mount my TV. Using Kijiji was a nightmare, from people canceling on me last minute, to just being rude and unprofessional. I'm glad I stumbled upon SERVICETO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like many searched online to see who I would be able to get to conceal the wires for my television. Most places asked for pictures before they could provide a price. Whereas with ServiceTO, they were quick in response time, great value and service was performed literally the next day! The customer service I received was by far the best in comparison to alot of 'service' companies I've used before. Mesri was the gentleman that came to do the concealing. He called me prior to the appointment, showed up 1/2 hour early (very impressed), cleaned up - not leaving any mess behind. All in all, I would definitely recommend.
