I was surprised by the service they provide. I've been to many store to select the flooring materials, but this was the one that i'm happy about.

We bought both laminate and hardwood from them. The product is amazing, and the floor looked amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I have to thank the GFC. We have been looking for flooring company from HomeDep to other small business owners across GTA for months. Luckily we found GFC, Zoe was very helpful providing a lot of information but also listening and answering our concerns including the price. With her professional service, we have found our floor.
On the day of installation, we booked the elevator of my condo. Chris, the contractor and his team arrived on time. It only took 1 day to replacing our living room. At the end they cleaned everything. The living room was so beautiful and we love it.

There were some hiccups as it is an old house but Allen and his team was able to manage and get around it. His team is very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend General Flooring Canada as it was referred to me by a friend as well. Great job all around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll spend more time on a more thorough review later, but for now. Buyer beware, this company has awful customer service. They stand heavily behind the quality of their product but unfortunately can't do the same for their service. The installation is what ruined our tiles in less than 1 year and after. After being lied to and strung along for months, they finally came to fix the problems. I had to buy another pack of tiles and was told that I'd bought the last pack on existence so if something happens to my floors in the future, too bad.
As soon as the installer left, the problems came back.
After harassing them for 2 weeks and indicating that I would give them a bad review, they very quickly sent their GM to my house so he could spend time finding every excuse for why it's not their fault this is happening and they shouldn't spend their resources to ensure it doesn't happen again.
DON'T BUY FLOORS HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
