I googled second bind and they called me back same day, were extremely responsive and the whole process was painless and easy. All i had to do was make sure the books were appropriate for their service, put them in the right sized box and leave them in an easily accessible place. I will definitely use them again if I need to in the future and recommend them to people that need a similar service.

Second Bind was quick to alert me about a delay and new delivery date. Instructions on how to pack boxes were clear. Picked up efficiently the boxes I left on the porch, didn't even notice they came by!

Later that evening, my shipping label was sent to me, I printed it, put my textbooks in a box, took them to UPS, and within days had the money transferred to my account. Super simple process! Highly recommend Second Bind!

I was able to donate books that have sat on my shelves for years as well as those old textbooks that my kids were forced to buy for school but rarely used.
