I can’t even rate them past a complete lack of follow-up after web inquiry, voicemail, and message with reception- NO CALL BACK. Instead, use the Wilson, NC Eurofins-Craft Technologies lab for much better service.
S	Sam Stone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After working in the industry for quite a few years, I can clearly state that this is one of the most disorganized and worst biotechnology company in Canada. If you like working in a toxic work environment, this place is for you. Higher management doesn't care about anything(like how the company employees & business is handled by middle management) but profits. Favouritism is the second language you will find here, and It's evident when you see 90% of management belong to a specific ethnicity. When it comes to hiring for management positions, only particular ethnicity is give n preference even if that person happens to know nothing about scientific methods or have education in the same field. As long as you can kiss the ring & share same background the job is yours. If you love working in biotechnology and like to work in healthy work environment, find some other company cause this isn't one.

It can take a week, at times up to a month, to receive replies to basic inquiries such as requesting pricing info or information regarding test results. When information is required from staff for sample submission, we have had samples sit around for almost 2 weeks waiting for information when testing should normally only take 2 weeks to begin with. They used to provide the raw data but have now started charging for it (sometimes is more expensive than the test performed if you want to see the raw data).
