Après avoir essayé de régler le problème moi-même en lisant le manuel d'instruction, j'avais un pré-sentiment que quelque chose ne fonctionnait pas avec le contrôle électronique et ma manette. J'ai ensuite contacté 2 compagnies pour m'assister, mais sans succès (une pouvait venir voir dans 3 semaines et, l'autre, pas de retour d'appel). Enfin, j'ai contacté Services propane (3e compagnie) un vendredi après-midi. Il a tout de suite trouvé quel était le problème avec les démarches que j'avais faites. Je suis donc allé chercher la nouvelle carte électronique après la fermeture pour ensuite l'installer moi-même très facilement. Le tout s'est réglé en moins de 5hrs. Finalement, j'ai sauvé beaucoup de temps et d'argent (pas de frais de technicien à la maison). I had extremely fast and efficient service! I recommend to anyone. Here is the problem I had. My propane fireplace was no longer going. After trying to fix the problem myself by reading the instruction manual, I had a pre-feeling that something was wrong with the electronic control and my throttle. I then contacted 2 companies to assist me, but without success (one could come and see in 3 weeks and the other, no return call). Finally, I contacted Services propane (3rd company) on a Friday afternoon. He immediately found out what the problem was with the steps I had taken. So I went to get the new electronic card after closing it and then install it myself very easily. Everything was settled in less than 5 hours. In the end, I saved a lot of time and money (no technician costs at home).
