I called them again after three weeks receptionist said she gonna talk with the boos ..... after 6 weeks Nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our place flooded. The demo team was awesome. They were quick to respond, clear and concise and a pleasure to deal with (Al is the man! 5 stars). The restoration team was AWFUL to deal with. We flooded in October and are still dealing with them 8 months later. Our fix was simple and we were quoted 2 weeks when they saw the job. They were very prompt with wanting us to sign the work order as they wanted to get paid before the job was even done! The restoration was done poorly and they had to come back numerous times to fix the shotty workmanship. To this day we haven’t signed anything and haven’t heard from them. Stay away from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!!!! We are so unhappy with the service these people provided us with. our basement flooded and our insurance recommended them and we regretted it. They didn't take out dry wall that had been soaked in water and just put fans places. They didn't rip out our carpet that had been completely covered in water. They ripped our vanity out and broke the top off and said they were just going to glue it back together, didn't even take the shower out of the bathroom and everything had been covered in water. We had to get another contractor in and had to get everything tested to prove to our insurance that there was a lot more damage then what these guys quoted and everything got approved after a lot of fighting and stress. I would never ever recommend Servicemaster to anyone. Don't waste your time!!!

They are unprofessional.
Waste of time and money.
They said the work is complete but it is not.
Poor quality of work.
We had flooding in our basement and they were the one who did it. They did not finish everything. They even put a plywood where it’s supposed to be a tile. Work is not completed. Our basement looks far to complete. And they said they maxed out the allocated budget by the insurance.
Will never recommend this company.
It’s all headache dealing with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if this is 2 or 3 stars. Writing while a bit miffed. They've been responsive, the insurance agent and cleaning crew got in right away and were a pleasure. Even the repair crew really wants to get going, but with the ceiling open I wanna do some other repairs. And that's where we have a problem with communication. Apparently "[start the repairs] but not the ceiling" wasn't clear enoughdirection so some, but not all, of the ceiling was started. Frustrating that seemingly clear instructions weren't followed.
