★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at Fire and Flood are very personable and caring. They made us feel very comfortable and that we knew we were in good hands. They were clean and efficient. The project is not completely done but so far they have gone to bat for us in more ways than one with insurance. They have been extremely resourceful with other contractors that needed to help with our project. I would not hesitate to use them again. Update....the project is now complete and extremely happy with the end results. Thank you fire and flood for everything. Great Job!!!!

They provided expertise regarding the condensation & ice damming we had experienced, to help ensure this problem was looked after. They were caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob did a great job in keeping in touch over the past few months in completing our basement remodel post sewer back up in the fall (had a few hiccups with another company that took longer then intended). He was great with coordinating with staff and carpet installation and made it a breeze. We also had some water leaking from the walls that had nothing to do with the sewer back up and was still able to swing by and take a peak and give us some minor interventions to stop the leak in the future. 10/10 would recommend to anyone doing a rebuild :)

They responded very quickly to all of our questions or concerns about what was happening and we would highly recommend them for any type of restoration work required for your home or business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very pleased with this company and their quick response to our sewer backup . The clean up was prompt . All workers were respectful of our property and pets .
In future we would be calling Fire and Flood if we required their services .
In addition to our insurance claim we added on more renovations which were taken care of in a timely fashion once things started rolling .
Our experience has been nothing but positive . All our friends are also impressed with the good work done by your contractors !! Good job for having such awesome workers !
It was a pleasure throughout the entire experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had nothing but a very positive experience with Saskatoon Fire & Flood. In restoring our home after a water escape damaged our main floor, their crew were on site as scheduled and very efficiently organized the removal of cabinetry, baseboards and plumbing in order to allow the old flooring to be removed and the new flooring installed. They coordinated with the flooring installer to work hand in hand in all phases of demolition and restoration. Our home was restored exactly back to the way it was before the accident. We have nothing but praise for the professionalism demonstrated by Rob and his crew at Saskatoon Fire & Flood and highly recommend them to anyone who has an unfortunate insurance claim that requires a professional effective team to correct the insult and restore it to a standard where you’d never know anything had happened!

Work was done in a timely and quality manner, other than delays on materials, which can happen.
Overall experience was a good one, and the finished product was the same.
