We discovered that we had a mold issue a few weeks before I was set to give birth. I contacted James at Got Mold? and he quickly got us a quote and his team started work on our house as soon as possible.
The did great work, were courteous and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I can't stress enough how much their fast service was appreciated in such a stressful time. We were back in our house within a week and a half. It was so great to know that I would be bringing a baby home to to a mold-free house.
Thanks James, Reuben and team. We really feel that you guys went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. We really appreciate all you did for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to have quite a major mold abatement job done on our basement and were very happy with the team at Got Mold from the initial inspection/testing all the way through the abatement work and cleanup. Lyle and Nicole were an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly, along with the entire team on our job and office staff. The project had a couple hiccups but they handled them quickly and efficiently! Now we can finally renovate our basement and use it again.
While I hope we never need Got Mold's services again ? I would breathe easier next time knowing such a fantastic company is out there! I highly recommend them for any of their services.

He was very informative and helped come up with a cost effective and straight forward solution to my moisture problem. Lyle walked me through everything step by step and did not leave me unsure of the process. I would definitely recommend Got Mold? and they will be my first call if I have any other issues in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unhappy experience of having my sewer backing up & flooding my basement was alleviated big time by the GOT MOLD staff!
Lyle came to inspect the next day after I called & immediately set my mind at ease with his take charge, professional demeanour. He set up fans & a dehumidifier & the removal crew came & took out all the damage material, bagged it & carried it off right away. They sprayed disinfectant & then Travis came by to inspect everything, disinfect further & dehumidify & check a number of times. Both Travis & Lyle gave me the confidence to know everything was properly looked after plus they were extremely professional, explained the process, answered any questions & Travis was available for follow up questions.
I had GOT MOLD do an asbestos removal of my kitchen floor a number of years ago & this is why I called them again. I highly, highly recommend them! & thanks again Travis & Lyle - you guys ROCK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lyle from Got Mold? came out to inspect our home for a mold issue we were having on our ceiling. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to carefully explain the cause of the mold as well as draw a diagram of what was causing the problem. He provided us with several solutions we could use to stop any further mold from occurring. We used Got Mold? previously to do some asbestos testing prior to a renovation and they were excellent to work with. I highly recommend using them for either of these issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very high regard for this company. They gave prompt and superlative service! It was best anybody had done! Lyle from Got Mold? was calm and took immediate action when my kitchen had water leaking from somewhere. Calling Got Mold? was superior and more immediate than any help I had received before. Lyle has experience with landlords and a scientific former occupation. He was able to explain how shutoffs can leak and look for causes, and to understand what had occurred. He did not stop looking after he located immediate issues. He located a plugged line, cleaned it, checked the shut-off and emptied and flushed the smelly dishwasher. He checked the traps and nearby areas, pulled out the dishwasher and sampled discoloration underneath. He then located water damage in an shared wall in a bathroom, removed a baseboard, and exposed a mushy wall. Anyone who can accomplish all of this in one hour is definitely working for the client and giving a creditable superior level of service. Thank-you, Lyle.
