For Carpet and Upholstery cleaning - we use a PTO driven, truck mounted, hot water extraction unit that provides optimal cleaning services through highest industry standard equipment.

I have two dogs and a cat so you can imagine that my carpets and upholstery often need a deep clean. I even recommended Brad to a friend once because her leather couch stunk like smoke and he not only made it look brand new but it smelled brand new too! Again I highly recommend North Star for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs - you will not be disappointed! :)

Our carpets look excellent after his cleaning! He even went above and beyond my expectations by cleaning the small rug in our front entrance before he left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having an unpleasant experience with a carpet cleaning company in town I was hesitant to utilize any other services as my favorite expensive living room chair was ruined...or so I thought. The stench stopped you in your tracks, that combined with a winter and isolation time with 2 dogs and 5 children I might add. After numerous failed attempts at finding time to clean it myself I decided to extend the search for a carpet cleaning company once again. After hearing North Star come up in conversation a few times I decided to give them a shout. Brad was in touch with me immediately to set something up to fix my chair and freshen the carpets. He was able to fit me in his schedule in a gracious and suitable time which automatically impressed me. At the time of his arrival I instantly understood why his company was recommended. He conducts himself in a very friendly professional manner. The way he worked around my home with us present didn't have any of us feeling like we were "in the way" or annoyed. He is extremely considerate and respectful of the space he is in. His work is conducted to impress any perfectionist out there. I was relieved at how pristine my place looked and my chair is FIXED!!! We will be having North Star back in to do the remainder of the house. Thank you Brad for your time and service, we are very thankful to have a local company like yours we can trust.

I have a cat that likes to lounge on one couch cushion only and had a certain order unique to cats lol! Brad was able to clean it and it looks and more importantly smells as good as new! Thanks so much to Brad and would recommend him to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner.
