I wish we'd gone to Rainbow International right from the start. It would have saved us so much time and stress! Terry was straightforward and honest in explaining the situation and process, which immediately put us at ease. We had technicians arrive just a few days later. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained things clearly, and completed the task efficiently. All in all, this team took the stress right out of our situation. We immediately felt like we would be in good hands and could trust them, and we were right. Honesty and professionalism mean everything in situations like these and we appreciated this team so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rainbow International is the best company to use for emergency cleanup for water damage, not only they have the fastest response but they are very professional in dealing with clients and they are thorough and explain to you what needs to be done. Kirk especially will help you out and very patient in explaining what needs to be done and step by step process and is good person to deal with. All of the employees in Rainbow international are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable in what they do.

We went to Rainbow to seek a second opinion after interactions with a different company left us with worries and doubts about how we were being treated. Rainbow's staff put us at ease from the first interaction we had, and continued to do so throughout our dealings with them. They did this with prompt professional service that clearly puts the customer's satisfaction first. In all interactions we had, they showed us that they would not be satisfied until we were completely satisfied. They were all highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and considerate. In the end, they saved us a huge amount of money and stress. I highly recommend these folks for any restoration work! They will take excellent care of you!!

All work was completed within my requested time line. This company deserves more than a 5 star plus rating. I would highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with how Randy and his staff (Donna,Nicholas and Teyha) addressed the water damage to our condo(Nov 18th through to Nov 30th).
They were all respectful and professional,explaining what they were doing and why, and what they wanted accomplish.
They all made a very difficult situation a lot less stressful.knowing all my concerns were being addressed
Thankyou very much, greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend Rainbow for any restoration you might require.

The team did a phenomenal job.
Terry and Curtis are so knowledgeable, professional and excellent communicators!
They were reliable, always on time, promptly returned my calls and text messages and guided me patiently through the process.
Donna carefully handled the details of my loss of contents and coordinated the move in process smoothly.
This Rainbow team relieved a lot of my stress during this crisis.
