★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These landlords are greasy horrible and are very money hungry they don't do checks and if you want bedbugs or cockroaches these are your people incredibly cheap when doing things and as far as landlords you can find better out of a dumpster then with these ones so take your next big step and go as far away as you can they're gross and disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know who this Mrs. Penner is but she’s never lived in either of these buildings. Hard to write a review when you have no first hand experience. These buildings are professionally managed and tenants are respected for their heritage. They are family friendly. No building in this city is perfect however these buildings provide a very comfortable place to call home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place a 0 if i could. There are bed bugs as well as cockroaches, all over the apartment. I agree with the other person, the hall ways do have a very disgusting smell. There was a dead mouse in our heater in our apartment. Management is aware but nothing has been done. In the winter time, there is only warm water. How are we supposed to take a shower with warm water? There is also no cold drinking water from the taps. The water whether you choose hot or cold is just warm. We were promised the bedroom door would be fixed once we moved in, it still hasn't been fixed. The other tenants are extremely selfish as they are talking and partying all hours of the night whether it be a weekday or weekend. Also, families with children should not be living on the second or third floor or at least the parents should teach them some manners to not scream and be playing basketball in the house, as the walls and ceilings are thin. I do not recommend living here. Please, do your research and find some place else to call home.
