★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the location that offers the best customer service. Also, everything is organized and displayed so beautifully in this store, perhaps due to having more space. Huge parking lot, and you don’t have to walk through an entire mall to run in and pickup something. Thanks for building at this location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order online yesterday and picked it up today at this location. As soon as I stepped out of the store, I realized that the cleanser was the wrong one so I went back in to get it exchanged. The first lady I dealt with was very personable and kind, but the 2nd one could probably use some customer service training. I understand that explaining how I made the mistake while ordering online was necessary. However, repeatedly talking about it (and constantly mentioning how their system makes no mistake) to the point where it felt like I was being berated and talked to with a condenscending tone on top it? well, totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Not getting the discount honoured or having my points back was fine. But receiving that kind for treatment after a very long work day, no thank you. This is the closest Sephora to me and I honestly wouldn't mind going other locations for a much customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to sephora and have spent hundreds of dollars over the last few years....but recently have not been receiving any samples. I had to ask..she said she had none but came back with one sample of perfume. This is not the first time it's happened at this store. It's happened 3 times. I am not impressed as samples are part of being an insider member.
The point is that if I had not asked for samples I would not have been given any. Each visit I spend between $80 to $100 so it's nice to get samples to try out different products . I am starting to think that this store only gives out samples to people who they want to give out too and are being biased. This would be bad practice and people shouldn't be judged regardless of appearance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I’ve gone to this location it’s been great and I will continue going here but I recently and an… unfortunate experience? I have visible acne (which people like to make comments on) but I went in to get a hydrating product (which you typically don’t need for acne). I asked for some advice and while the employee was fairly helpful she kept on trying to suggest stripping/drying products for acne (which was not what I was looking for). She even made a comment about my acne. I told her I wasn’t interested in acne products, yet kept bringing them to me. I ended up telling her I take very serious medication for my acne and that I really really don’t want any of the products she’s suggesting to me. She finally got the hint (after me explaining this rather personal and embarrassing detail) and left me alone. I understand she was trying to be helpful and she did suggest good products but I felt pretty embarrassed by the end of it.
