★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lamp is beautiful. Perfect for what we wanted. BUT.... it did not arrive on time. When it did arrive the store was not able to find a way to get it delivered since I no longer was able to pick it up. Some days later I did make it to the store but it was too late for the celebration it was intended for. I was disappointed that the store was not able to find a way to meet their deadline - Using a cab to deliver it would have been an easy way to make a customer happy, get it here in time for the event and meet their own deadline. In addition, the lamp shade was broken and we had to go all the way back to exchange it. They did not make any concession for all this inconvenience. Great lamp. Poor service

Things cost more then low end stores but if you can afford quality products are priced fair. If you can get a special then it's a huge score at this store. Staff very nice and easy to get help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a beautiful sectional yesterday. I was impressed that it will be ready for delivery within 2 weeks. The price for the quality is decent. The customer service was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The included warranty is comparable. I hope it will hold up for years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've bought lots of furniture at Urban Barn over the years. Their stuff is well made and lasts. Some parts of the year the store can be lower on stock but that goes with any furniture or decor store. We love the throw blankets from here. Great gifts that everybody loves and we must have 5 at home ourselves. We came in the other day for the Presley Floor mirror. It's our third one. Everybody seems to want them to stay when we've sold houses. The sales associate was awesome. She helped without being pushy and gave us a lot more info than the other location had. Definitely made our experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

Extremely difficult to return items and we had to go through multiple steps and trips back and forth to the store (because they have no updated or flexible payment systems) before we could receive our refund. We spent over $10,000 at this store and received 2/10 on customer service.

Mimi helped us purchase our dining room table and chairs last fall. She is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right sectional and colour for our new house. We cannot thank her enough.
