★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is clean and secure. I had issue with multiple rent increases and talked to customer service manager. She explained why they increase and also listened when I explained that the one line in the rental agreement contract that states; The user fees set out in the rental invoice may be increased from time to time by owner, and its sole and absolute discretion. This should be pointed out and explained to customers as a vague statement like that leads you to believe it will be rare to get a rental increase. Instead you get one at six months and then every 9 to 12 months after that. It’s a great place, friendly service, kind people but I don’t agree with continuous rental increases. I signed a contract at an agreed rental rate and expected to have that rate for quite some time but it’s been increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.5 star rating. Everything was simple and straightforward. Storage space is excellent. There's only one area of improvement and that is in communication response when notice for vacating by customer is given by email. A prompt phone message or email from Sentinel Storage acknowledging receipt of notice to the customer would be my only area for improvement.
