We waited over a week for propane, you lost or forgot to log our order, I get it **** happens! but instead of an appology I got a lecture on when I should fill my tank! You don't deserve the one star I gave you... but I can't post a review without giving you one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called looking for a certain propane fitting and what horrible customer service. Instead of just telling me they don't carry it I got a whole speech about how its bullsh!t needing to use the fitting. Seems the guy thought his infinite knowledge is better than a manufacturers. No wonder this place gets terrible reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal customer service except for the fill up guy. He is GREAT! The blond/attitude inside isnt knowledgeable at all about simple products hanging on the wall. Reluctant desk workers in the back to be helpful. Poorly managed/inefficiently operated store. Hard to support local with a business not interested in its locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 weeks ago I took a propane tank here to get a new valve put on. I was told 2-3 weeks. I kept calling only to be told the same thing, maybe next week, we are busy.
Last week the manager was to be looking into where my tank is but never called back.
Today I went in, just to be yelled at that someone picked it up 2 weeks ago...without my tag number, phone number or name. They had to give me a new tank after the rude woman at the counter yelled at me, we don't have new tanks.
Obviously they don't follow their own procedures, when I was told I need my tag number to pick it up.
I live in a big rv but couldn't run my furnace at night through this cold snap so frozen water everyday.
No apologies from this place, just rude staff
