Purchased an electric homecare bed and got excellent service- They listened to what was needed, our concerns for our patient, and recommended the best fit product. It was worth it to get their advice rather then to buy uninformed off a website.

I purchased a shower wheelchair online. The prices are decent, the response time is OK. Staff is polite. The biggest problem was and still is the delivery time. It has been two weeks, and, with me constantly enquiring and pushing, and their promises that it will arrive in couple of days, it has not arrived. Now it can take another week. On top of everything the chair that they sent me is not new it's a demo unit. I could have bought it in drugmart for similar price. I am really disappointed and this is first and the last time i use their services.

Your one-stop shop for products to support safety and independence. We were looking for bathtub safety rails for our elderly parents. We called and received excellent advice about the proper bathtub rail based on my dad’s height and weight... what a relief to know that this store exists! We cannot thank the staff enough. We totally recommend this shop for all your wellness and senior needs! Buy local!??

Don't be fooled by the small location. Great people, tons of options (luxury or economy), delivery & rentals. -Free parking -there is an error in Google maps. The official pic of this location shows their neighbour (Pharma Docs) My in-laws ordered a specific wheelchair that would not be available for a few months. They accommodated us by giving us a loaner wheelchair until then (of the same model) Thank u team!!!

I’m shocked to see these reviews. I’ve been in there twice and have received cold,rude, condescending service. The woman in the phone was rude to a whoever she was speaking to as they were delivering something to the person who must need assistance, and the person asked if they would remove the old item. Valid question no? She was terrible to him/her with her reply. With me, all three of them chimed in, they told me they don’t carry what I was inquiring about and never have. I purchased the item there last time, and then they looked it up and gave me the item information. No, offer to order it or anything. I went back, to check if maybe they have it again. Voila, same treatment. Saying they don’t have it. But they did, just not the size I need. I’m not a senior but I am a health care professional. I would not refer my clients here, merely to avoid being treated like garbage!!! The 2 stars are for the first time I was there 7 years ago!!!!

I had a very positive experience with this store both with postal delivery and in-person. A lot of products in stock, friendly and responsible personal, good discounts here and there. Recommend it!

The staff at the Senior store did not bill me until they checked that the manufacturer had the hospital bed and mattress in stock and that it was scheduled for delivery. Both arrived as notified by the store. There were some issues with the installment of the bed, however, the owner was responsive and came right away to rectify the problems. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would shop there again. Thank you.

Unresponsive. Order placed 2 weeks ago. Had to e-mail them for the invoice, and also requested confirmation of tracking for shipping. Got the invoice after asking twice, and was told shipment would result in expected delivery this week. So far, have not received the tracking information, so must presume it has not shipped at all. Additionally, now over 10 days ago we sent another message asking for very specific information about a part. A reminder message was sent a few days later. It is now 11 days with no response at all to the parts question and 13 days with no response to the tracking information request. Two stars are given only because the product had a good price. If it is not received, and if responses are not provided, by next Monday, we have absolutely NO problem downgrading this review to one star, and adding a note that no star would be more appropriate. Will not be recommending this store, as clearly customer service is a foreign concept. We also have no problem cancelling the order, and advising the credit card company to refund the whole amount.
