I requested 200 dollars to be pulled out from my visa and the girl somehow made the biggest mistake (ofcourse in my expense and in the banks favour-hence the rich getting richer) by making 3 seperate transactions of 200, 100, and 100 dollars even though i only recieved 200 cash. So not only did they pull out 200 more that i didnt even recieve from the teller, i was hit with 3 cash advance fees. Why would i request 3 transactions at the same day of the same hour of the same minute of the same second if i could pull it all out in 1 transaction? I called and complained on Sunday (as i didnt know the teller screwed me with my eyes open because on the app it doesnt update right away that money was deposited or withdrew). Customer service contacted the branch manager to let her know the issue to submit an investigation. This has been an extremely unprofessional and terrible experience for me. Taking money that i didnt even recieve at all. I will make sure everyone that i know is aware what happened to me to ensure people dont do business with you guys. I am deeply disappointed with this situation and am looking to pay my Visa as fast as possible so I can cancel it to stop supporting you guys. Taught me a lesson Ill never forget.

One of the staff member told that if i am charged for the over limit fee twice in same month, they will re-inverse the fee. I reached the location and they now turned around from what was told to me earlier and changed the words to now cycle, i been a customer with them since last 5 years and received no benefits . I moved from another province and the staff at this location was telling me to contact the another branch again which is miles away. I might be going ahead and will make a formal complaint about this issue. No respect for customer time and loyalty. This branch rank 0 in my view in terms of empathy and customer service.

The teller said my driver's license isn't acceptable, while I used it since 2019 in lawyer offices, other banks ... without any issues. I even showed my health card, SIN card. Another teller asked for birth certificate. Their manager who didn't show up also said no. So ridiculous. I want to give them 0. I went to another branch and opened an account without any problem.
