Only negative: After the work is done, please, please, please, put the driver's seat back in the original position it was in when dropped off. I'm a big guy and need the seat back all the way. Trying to sit in the seat when it's put all or most of the way forward, which is pretty much every time I had my car in for service, is a very painful experience.

With the help of the service manager, Trevor Shaw, and the mechanic who worked on my car, it was rectified so that my car now heats up to close to normal temperature. Trevor was very helpful and provided me with excellent customer service. I appreciate everything Trevor did for me to solve my problem. .He is definitely a huge asset for Schlueter Hyundai.

I keep getting the outstanding service today as I did since it opened. One of the sales people, Patrick, took the time to get to know me several years ago when they first opened. He took the time to get to know my driving needs and what I needed in a car. I commend Mr. Schlueter for acknowledging the customer first. He's developed a kind, considerate, understanding staff who work as a team. The entire process was smooth and it was great to deal with Keith who was willing to go the extra mile to make a customer(me) happy. This was refreshing to me as I had to walk away from another dealership(a big one not small) where they were completely dishonest(the car had some issues and they just kept making excuses to not fix them). Coming back to Keith he fixed an issue that he himself told me upright about before the delivery. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend both Keith and I would also like to add that their Finance Managers Shestine and Jeff from the dealership were also great to work with.
