Service first class! The staff assisted with technical support to help me get set up (a bonus for a non-techie!). As needs have come up since then, everyone has continued to provide personalized customer service in a friendly and timely fashion.
I highly recommend Computers XS for sales and service of laptops!

They have been able to solve every technical problem I've thrown at them. When I have needed to purchase, they supply high quality hardware tailored for my exact purpose. They don't oversell, rather they ask questions and let your answers guide their suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a used thinkpad and my experience with Mr. Zafar was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my exact needs. He is kind and polite, and addressed all of my concerns. He brought out four different thinkpads, turned them on, and even made some program installations in front of me to make sure that my used thinkpad was going to be exactly what I needed. Now, ten days later, I am very happy with my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged $70 diagnosis but before that they were constantly asking me for my Gmail login and Microsoft login information. They did not need any of that information as it was my hard drive that was corrupted. So, for $70 I was told it was my hard drive. They offered to transfer data and replace hard drive for some ungodly amount, but after the incompetence or malevolence of asking for my login information I decided to go somewhere else. Also, read the review about the lady who was stalked on Facebook by one of the employees. I wish I saw that before gave these creeps my business. Pass!
